Registration DetailsRegister here for Walden West Camps If you are registering Wednesday March 3 at 7:30am, please remember to refresh your page so you will know when we are live. To Register - Please enter your child’s first and last name, the age he/she will be during the camp session, the session requested and, if you would like, a donation. Click “Add” as you enter each child for each session. If you create a list of entries without clicking on "Add", you will lose all but the first session/person “added”. After adding all children click on “Register” to move to the next step. If you must register children from multiple families, please exit from your log-in and use the log-in information for each family when entering names. If you do not do this, we will not receive important information for future communication. Wait List - You will automatically be added to the Wait List if the session is full and you continue the registration process. You may be added to as many wait lists as you would like. You will not be asked to pay until you are put in the session desired. We will e-mail you if a spot becomes available. Payment system for March 3 - March 7 - Although you can register as early as 7:30 a.m. March 3, you will not be able to pay for your session until later in the afternoon. When you click on the “finish” button you will immediately be e-mailed a payment link that must be used by March 7. This link will take you through the payment process. At the end of the payment process, click on "Complete Registration/Get Confirmation" to complete the process and receive your final confirmation. If you do not complete payment, you will be taken off the roster. Payment system begining March 8 - When you have finished adding sessions, click on “Pay Now”. After finishing the payment process, click on "Complete Registration/Get Confirmation" to complete registration and receive your confirmation. If you do not click "Complete Registration/Get Confirmation" the payment process will not be complete and will un-register your selected sessions. Confirmation - After registering, you will immediately receive an e-mail confirming the session(s) you requested. Cancellations - Walden West requires a written request for refunds at least seven days prior to the session you wish to cancel. There is a $150 nonrefundable fee for each cancelled week. Switching weeks is dependent on availability and is considered a cancellation and re-registration. Stipulations - Day Camp registration is limited to 1 week during initial registration. Beginning March 8, you may add more sessions. Leaders in Training (LIT) is limited to one week and is only available to past campers who have not participated in the LIT program. We suggest that Wild Things campers register for a maximum of two sessions. Required Forms - Anytime after March 3, please download the information and health form for your child.
