MEMBERS AND STAFF
The Santa Clara County Committee on School District Organization consists of 11 elected members -- two members from each of the five county supervisorial districts and one at-large member. Members are elected to four-year terms by representatives from the governing boards of all the Santa Clara County school districts (one vote from each district).
All candidates must be registered voters and reside within the county supervisorial district that they wish to represent. No employee of a public school district or the County Office of Education may serve on the Committee; however, members of the governing board of a school district may serve.
