DSP Rules and Regulations
EFFECTIVE NOVEMBER 3, 2008
DSP Rules and Regulations for Santa Clara County ROP have changed.
Please observe the following:
- Administrators are to submit a registration form for their staff to attend
training or the challenge test.
- Registration for the training or challenge test has to be faxed to Santa
Clara County ROP. Please use the form on the back of this document.
- Please use the registration form and mark the name change box to identify
employee name change.
- Please call one (1) week before the class to cancel a registration.
- A facility with more than 2 “No Shows” will only be allowed to register
their staff on a wait list.
- No last minute changes; the staff on the list is final. Otherwise they
will be listed as “No Show” and will then be placed on the next available wait
list opening.
- The class holds 16 students and only 10 people will be placed on
the wait list
- DSP training staff will call administrators one (1) week before the class
to confirm their employees’ enrollment.
