DSP Rules and Regulations

EFFECTIVE NOVEMBER 3, 2008

DSP Rules and Regulations for Santa Clara County ROP have changed. Please observe the following:

  1. Administrators are to submit a registration form for their staff to attend training or the challenge test.
  2. Registration for the training or challenge test has to be faxed to Santa Clara County ROP. Please use the form on the back of this document.
  3. Please use the registration form and mark the name change box to identify employee name change.
  4. Please call one (1) week before the class to cancel a registration.
  5. A facility with more than 2 “No Shows” will only be allowed to register their staff on a wait list.
  6. No last minute changes; the staff on the list is final. Otherwise they will be listed as “No Show” and will then be placed on the next available wait list opening.
  7. The class holds 16 students and only 10 people will be placed on the wait list
  8. DSP training staff will call administrators one (1) week before the class to confirm their employees’ enrollment.
