About the SCCOE Conference Center

The regular hours of the Conference Center are 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. on weekdays. Conferences which start before or after regular hours may be subject to overtime charges. Click on one of the links below to continue.

Room size and Amenities

Click the "Availability" link beside the room's name to see the Outlook calendar for the conference room. When prompted, enter your own SCCOE e-mail user ID and password. (The availability feature is only accessible at this time to SCCOE employees.)

Conference Center Regulations

  1. No alcoholic beverages are allowed.
  2. All food or beverages must be obtained through the office cafeteria manager, Charlene Tieu, (408) 453-6580. Regular cafeteria services are available to conference attendees after 1:00 p.m.
  3. Nothing shall be attached to conference center walls without prior approval of the conference center coordinator.
  4. Changes in room setups and equipment must be requested in writing no later than 3 working days prior to date of scheduled use.
  5. Reservation cancellations must be received in writing at least 3 working days prior to the scheduled event or a fee will be charged.
