Superintendent's speeches, writings and presentations
Dr. Charles Weis is the superintendent of schools for Santa Clara County. The superintendent is appointed by the County Board of Education. He became Ventura County superintendent in 1993, and in 2006 was re-elected to his fourth term. He took over in Santa Clara County in July 2008.
